As I have described here a few years ago, is just one of the most popular games, namely Freeze Tag (Day Out, freezing) by John Stone and Spolin criticized. From Spolin, because the freeze-housing system paralyzed physically and mentally. John Stone, because ultimately be destroyed permanently ideas.
But I think that you can play the game well won.
- Man freeze not a rigid, but remain inside loose and movable.
- The game can be used as a training of beats for the exercise: What is the minimum unit of meaning over.
- As Warm-Up, it is only meaningful if we just produce ideas churning, almost a scenic equivalent of free association. It is not even necessary to assume the attitude of the Out applauded, but one associated to the attitude of one who remains in the scene.
- I also think that if it is done well, and is performable. Condition here: the players make it really, with five or six sets a small meaningful scene display.
